Staff are incredibly rude. No manners whatsoever. Ok you buy fuel there but shouldn’t be served with no please or thank you. Disgusting
Only a 2 stars here I am afraid. The shop has been refurbed and I have to say for a petrol station, it's pretty good. However, the low score is for the friendliness of the staff. It's just not there. Would be a great local shop if they were just more friendly!
I just don’t get the poor reviews about prices... The fuel prices are visible 15ft up an illuminated pole and you can see them from a quarter of a mile in both directions on the A3.... and everything inside, like in any shop, has the price clearly displayed. It’s called CHOICE! Maybe do your groceries at Tesco? If it’s a convenience thing, then great, that’s what you’re paying for, but remember.... it’s convenient!! Now for a review on the actual garage and service: I like this Garage because firstly, the staff ARE friendly... (to the grumpy reviewer above, you get what you give.... try smiling and being nice to THEM for a change. These people are humans too, and while you are on your Jolly Important way home from your Jolly Important job in Guildford/Woking/Chertsey in your Jolly Important Jaguar/Volvo/Big Chunky Audi etc... they are still working, providing a service to YOU, if you want it). Secondly, notwithstanding prices (choice, remember, it’s about convenience FOR YOU), there is a pretty comprehensive stock of the sort of stuff (wait for it).... that you might need to buy from a convenience store at a petrol station whilst you’re on the road. Or there’s Tesco.... (haven’t got time? shame, but oh look, here’s a CONVENIENCE store sited CONVENIENTLY at a petrol station on my route. Now that’s Jolly CONVENIENT. But life I suppose, is about choices, and some folk seem to want their cake and eat it... supermarket prices without having to go to the supermarket. Good luck with that.... your life is going to be one long disappointment!!! Oh, the toilets are clean, spacious, and well serviced, and if you skip the Costa “Coffee” machine, and let the staff make you a coffee behind the counter, that’s really good too!! Lastly, there are 18 parking spaces at this site, and I have never had a problem parking. Happy Motoring!!
The morning staff are so rude and should not work with people. If I was their boss I would sack them straight away.
