It is really a good experience in SG GRANDS Society, so much peace, really a quite place though but there are very little grocery stores here and resources are not as much available as much in delhi (Where i lived before) and things will be more costly than in delhi 10 to 20 difference but there are three parks also for playing. It is really a good place for your children also and people are also well educated and social awared, there is also a group SG GRAND GROUP where you can discuss about the society's problems. Overall very place for living

Builder is good, and have been delivering projects in time. As real estate companies are well known for their greed and false commitment. This builder also does same. Don't trust them and be vigillent, use your intelligence before buying anything from them.

I indeed feel lucky to be a part of SG Grand society as I truly can feel that how united we all residents live here. We all are so enthusiastic and every year on all the festivals, we come together enjoy, have fun, eat good food and celebrate the joy. I can really say that life at SG Grand is full of comfort and bliss. Recently we experienced Hariyali Teej where all the ladies gathered together and had lots of fun. Me and my friends with other ladies in the society gathered together to put mehendi design on our hands. Then by evening our society’s management had beautifully decorated the garden area where we had small exhibition. Later we enjoyed the dinner too. We all contributed together and thought of this. SG Grand management team happily got the decoration for us. Not only Teej but we all celebrate such festivals and occasions together. Best part of living in Group Housing is the community celeberation and fun. Children get to enjoy life. Our Green area and parks are big so we enjoy to fullest. Small problems are there like in any project but are handled time to time.
