I went through drive thru around 10 AM today. I asked to put the veggies on the side because this was supposed to be for my lunch. She said okay and asked me to pull over but she obviously put everything together. If I paid for something and can't even enjoy my food, what is the point of getting my food from here. How hard is it to pay attention to the words \can you please put the veggies on the side?\ All I want to say to the management is to better train their employees. Tell them about the customer experience. They apparently need to learn a few things.
