I had lived in ridgeview lane for 2 years .I would like to appreciate Colpitts Company for making any great memories in this house. Also special thanks to Mandy for kind supporting , And Andy in maintenance part for all helping and friendly behavior. Our amazing experiments are advisable to my friends for living in Colpitts houses.

It started out okay but wow have things declined over time... Over the course of 5 years. I have been continually let down and deeply agitated by Colpitts practices. 1.) They moved in 2 18 year old's above me couple years ago. I know that there is a review process for all new tenants and that the require a reference from a previous landlords but that clearly was not done here. They quickly because hellish neighbors, stomping around and fighting all hours of the night. Mandy was zero help in this and ultimately, it was the police that become involved and forced their hand. It was handled unprofessionally, Colpitts was not transparent in the least. The refused to provide any assistance in this matter. 2.) They have charged me for basic maintenance requests that should be administrative. The love to gouge. 3.) More recently, another neighbor has been blasting bass music. I've complained numerous times and Mandy always takes the side of the neighbor, claiming that "she says it isn't her". 4.) There are constantly hornets getting in my unit. I complained in the past and they just dropped off a can of raid, despite that the nest appears to be under the siding of the building outside. 5.) They are constantly building around me. They haven't stopped in 5 years. But what really irritates me is that in previous customer surveys, I've always said the great view here is one of the best features. So what do they do? Build a massive new apartment completely blocking out the best view for this entire building. Is that enough? I am so over this company. Long after I leave, which will be very soon, I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them. They will deceive you.

My husband and I rented an apartment through Colpitts for about 2 years, and we had a great experience! Very nice building, well kept and clean! Appliances were great and walls were freshly painted right before we moved in. I love that the building was pet friendly. Superintendent was excellent to deal with! They made our transition to a home easy for us, when it came time to move. Would highly recommend a colpitts apartment building!
I lived at 60 Fieldstone Court apartments for about 3 years. I had overall a good experience, no issues with the building, and Mandy was very helpful. I had to terminate my lease mid term due to having to move out of province for work, and Mandy quickly found a new tenant to take over my lease, freeing me to move without any financial penalties.
Poor service, unprofessional, sale team even doesn't care about you, you should beg them to meet with you, LOL, unbelievable
They are a bad company to rent from. Not good to their tenants and their buildings are not upkept well. Would avoid like the plague
Mandy @ Cliffe Street Developments was an excellent property manager. She was always professional, and immediately addressed our needs. The townhouses were well maintained and maintenance staff were available at all hours. Lastly, winter snow clearing was consistent and always done early in the morning. I would highly recommend Mandy and her team.
