I've never had a problem here. Rarely there will be a long line, but hardly ever. Staff are pleasant, and skillful.

Very rude and inattentive staff. This has been consistent over the course of 12 months. Staff will frequently ignore you when you first arrive. I understand they are busy and finishing something up, but they will not even say \one moment please\. I once had a staff member ignore me for five minutes while searching something on her computer. No apologies. No smiles. The staff here act like you are privileged to be served by them. I have asked Amazon to only send with Canada Post if it is absolutely a necessity.
