What makes the difference is relationships and these guys certainly has shown us that from the get go. We have had a bat issue (just a couple bats) but its highly concerning. They came out and by the end of meeting with them I felt as if more than just a business I made friends who generally care. Matthew Tyler was kind, professional, and above par. We are glad to invest in this project with the full confidence that our bat issue will be eradicated.

These guys know their stuff! They helped us identify a snake in my mother's FRONT YARD that ended up being a venomous, Cottonmouth (Water Moccasin) snake! And here she thought it was just a garden snake. Thank god the guys at Xceptional Wildlife helped us out when we needed them. Always reliable and always humane with the treatment of the animals (and snakes!)

Xceptional Wildlife Removal provides outstanding service. We had at least two large adult raccoons residing in our attic. I called Xceptional and was quickly accommodated. Jake Dunkelberger and his colleague Phillip inspected the attic, photographed the two interlopers as well as the damage they caused. Removal was quickly scheduled and disinfection and new insulation was installed the following week. Communication was seamless; all were extremely responsive! Jake was always available to answer questions and Erin at the office was always cheerful and helpful in scheduling appointments. Josh and DJ, the gentlemen that disinfected and installed the insulation were professional and an absolute joy to deal with. Great guys! I can't recommend Xceptional highly enough!

I had an issue with birds nesting in my exhaust vent to lower level bathroom could not see them but could definitely hear them. The technicians from Xceptional, Tommy, and Austin were able to confirm for me that they were nesting and did a great job explaining everything to correct the problem, removal, disinfection and prevention to keep birds from nesting again. Tommy also performed an overall inspection of roof spaces and other points around my house to determine if I had other potential pest related problems. They explained options for additional services but without any pressure to do so. Overall I was very impressed and wont hesitate to call them again

Xceptional Wildlife came and installed a one-way bird contraption in my front roof and a one-way squirrel contraption in the back roof then told me that they will be back in 2 weeks to install a permanent fixture. I noticed that the birds are still managing to go in and out so it clearly did not work. In the back, the squirrel is chewing on the metal. I have called them 3 times to schedule another appointment for them to install the permanent structure. Each time they schedule the appointment then fail to show up and doesn't bother to call. When I call them back, they seem surprised each time and schedule another appointment. Tomorrow I will have to call them a 4th time. They are Xceptionally Bad! The worst company that I have ever dealt with.
