Very upset that the goldfish school was unwilling to provide a refund once my husband was called back into work after being out of work due to Covid layoffs. Because he is called back to work we are physically unable to take our son. I was told that I was unable to get a refund because they already taken out earlier today. All they provided was make up classes but again we would need to enroll our son to use them. We cannot commit to going given the circumstances and I would think during these uncertain times they would be more flexible and understanding. Very disappointed to say the least and wish given the pandemic they would be more understanding.

We went here for family swim and it was great! The staff here are great and, since it was a weekday, the pool wasn't busy at all.

One of the top kids facilities I’ve ever taken my little ones to! Very smoothly run lessons and my 4 year old can’t wait to come back each week to see his teacher. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

I enjoyed the reopening and think it was too \safe\. I think it's all a bit overboard, but understand you have to do what you have to do to stay open. I was a bit annoyed that classes are slightly shorter in order to clean the surfaces, but I think the classes should be longer regardless. People were nice and systems seem to work well for check in and cleaning the shower rooms.

My daughter is really enjoying her swimming classes at Goldfish Swim School! Special thanks to her wonderful swim coach Mr. David Roach for his professionalism and patience. I'm glad to see how my daughter has been progressing in her swimming skills from lesson to lesson! **EDITED** the only thing I forgot to mention is that it would be great to have at least 5 mins break between classes OR let in 5 mins earlier to allow everyone to follow a basic rule like taking a quick shower because now nobody follows it, kids walk barefoot in the hall and then enter pool without washing their feet. So I think that would be a good point to work on.
