Unprofessional, and unresponsive. Will only accommodate you if it is convenient for him. Advertises that he services all of Oakland county, but will pick and choose based on profitability. This would be the equivalent of going into a store, and being told you can't purchase the items because you aren't spending enough. Very clearly does not know how to run a business. Even if a booking isn't that profitable, that is potential return business, and more based on free marketing and personal recommendations. Literally tried sending me to a competitor. He finally offered to let me pick the bounce house up, but then stopped answering or returning my calls. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Edit: Why would I ever try calling you again?? Lol. You are a straight up liar and wrote up a whole book of BS below trying to make me out as the bad guy. I never pleaded with you at all. You flat out offered it up and asked ME if I had a truck. You went back on your word, and stopped answering my calls. It’s really as simple as that. Just sad that you are a complete liar and can’t own up to your mistakes.

Thank you again for providing two great games and a bounce house for our event. As always everything showed up on time and was picked up when promised. Drop off and pick up went smoothly and your guys were great and very helpful. The battle light game was a huge hit. They advertise that they travel all over Oakland county and then some, but when asked to make a 30 minute trip they decline me. From the minute I filled out a request form I felt like my business was unwanted. I had to reach out when I didn’t hear back several times, and felt like I was a giant inconvience to this company. Luckily I found another company, almost the same distance who has been nothing but helpful and reliable.
