I had a consultation with Kate about the pain I was getting in my shoulder. She worked on it whilst I was there and after 3 sessions I was pain free and was able to continue to work comfortably. Kate is very professional in what she does and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable during the sessions. Would highly recommend her as a physio.

I have been using Kate's service for the past year and she has successfully rehabilitated and maintained my legs and shoulders from continued stress and high load exercise. Kate is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the human body and offers logical and sound reason to explain issues at all levels, to ensure my issues have reduces and repeat injuries have lessened. I will continue to use Kate as my physio whenever I am in Cornwall as she sets me right for months at a time. Really good treatment, 10/10 would come again! Kate took her time asking me about my problem, with a very sensitive approach. I had a pain in my chest, caused by tense muscles in my back. She took my fear and after the treatment she gave me further instructions how to deal with the problem. Just few days later the pain was gone. Additionally, I was lucky to get an appointment just the next day after my request. A very professional and friendly physiotherapist!
After a horse riding accident I suffered with awful neck and shoulder pain for months, Kate identified this as mild whiplash and actually cured the pain after only 1 session of sports massage. I wish I had seen her much sooner. A lovely, easy to talk to practitioner who is very talented in her field.
