Worst customer service ever. It is absolutely unacceptable that after placing an order it took one month to receive the product. I did not receive any update whatsoever about the status of my order, I had to phone them . It is not enough that the product was not delivered on time, the item looked secondhand, the packaging was damaged and it was clearly opened before. The item had scratches and dirt on it. I have not heard from the company yet neither got a refund. Would not recommend this company and will certianly not shop here again.
Experienced extremely bad customer service after receiving a defective product; I still have the product and will never use this site again.

1 WOORD: VERSCHRIKKELIJK! Verwacht je pakket maar niet de volgende dag, niet twee dagen later, niet een week later... Verwacht het maar gewoon niet. Pech geld weg zullen ze maar zeggen. Mailen is ook nutteloos, heb 4 mailtjes gestuurd om te vragen waar mijn besteling bleef en als ze het niet kunnen leveren dat ze MIJN geld maar terug moesten sturen, ze zouden binnen 48 uur reageren... Nou mooi niet dus. Kreeg wel een mail om hun site te beoordelen terwijl ik niks binnen heb gekregen... Dan ben je als bedrijf ook niet 100%. Oh trouwens niet te vergeten: bellen heeft ook geen nut! Verassing!!! Krijgt meteen de voicemail \helaas kunt u geen voicemail inspreken\ ... Geen woorden voor. Dikke dieven die ze zijn. Beetje geld aftappen van anderen... Ga dan maar puttjesscheppen. Oplichters. Samengevat: niet bestellen... Je bent gewaarschuwd want pech geld weg. UPDATE: Heb ze weer gebeld en gevraagd of ze het geld terug wilden storten, gelukkig is dit wel binnen 1 dag gelukt.
