Great service and friendly employees. Seldom do you go to a place to have your bike repaired and you end up staying there an hour. Not because the repair takes long but they provide such a positive atmosphere that you feel comfortable to stay. Would definitely recommend them!

Best bike shop in town! Doesn't matter if you need repairs, normal service or a new bike. I keep coming here for six years now. The service is the best you can get in Enschede. There is never any confusion when it comes to the price because they always update you about the progress of your repair via whatsapp or mails. This is above and beyond. No bs when it comes to handling customers and you always feel more than welcome. It's a must have for students and locals!

No matter if you are a student looking for an affordable repair or just want to support small local businesses instead of big corporate chains, Rockdog is the place to go. The staff is chill, super friendly and affable right from the beginning. In times of the pandemic, you just need to send a short description of the issue and ask for an appointment via WhatsApp/SMS and you'll get an answer within no time.
The shop deals with 2nd hand bikes.It is ran by 2great guys named Chris & Martin. These guys are gems, they are honest and give you great service as though you are a local. I bought a 7 geared bike off them because they give 3 months warranty and they really really look after you. Replaced my seat for free and gave a silicone phone holder as a free gift. Basic service cost about 25EU (oil and tuning). Go to them and support your local!
I love this place. Two years ago I bought a bike here, up till now I've never had any service/repair, cause it wasn't necessary. I had some issues with my locker, they fixed it, pumped the wheels up, changed batteries for my flashlights for FREE. I would really recommend this place if you want to buy a bike/repair it or whatever. P.S. The guys are really nice and friendly :D
