Fraud and cheater swimming center. Their deposits are life time non refundable. Their staff has no sense of talking with customers. They have looted my 400 plus for two kids. Owner will respond to all negative reviews with standard response. Frankly speaking they don't have any solution. They update their policies as per their wish and take money from customer.

Very worst swimming school. They are cheater and you will be lossing your money. For me there is 226 deposit. Due to COVID, I have stopped going and my account was frozen. Today they started charging additional 5 monthly for keeping my account frozen. Why I should pay additional 5 monthly if I am not going to class? They simply cheated me and taken my 400 PLUS. I will be going to take legal action against them. THIS IS FRAUD AND CHEATER SWIMMING CENTER. DON'T VISIT!!! NO REFUND FOR DEPOSITS IN PANDEMIC WHEN PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING IN EARNING MONEY. IN MARCH FOR 1 DAY VISIT THEY CHARGE ENTIRE MONTH FEES FOR TWO KIDS WHICH IS 200 PLUS AND THEY LOOTED DEPOSIT AMOUNT OF 226. MANAGER HAS NO SENSE OF TALKING WITH CUSTOMER. KEEP ON REPEATING ONE LINE AGAIN AND AGAIN. WHEN WE DON'T WANT TO RETURN CLAS HOW COME THEY CHARGE ADDITIONAL 5 MONTHLY AND DON'T RETURN DEPOSIT. EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE FOR LIFETIME!!!! Don't go through owner response. They don't have any solution.

My daughter took 3 classes and I had to pay a month no refundable deposit. I called them on November 14 to say she will no longer attend. They couldn’t use my deposit for November and I had to pay for the month of December . My daughter had 4 make up clases to take and non of it was refundable. 3 clases for 400 just because this is their policy and no adjustment at all can be made. Not even with the pandemic circumstances. I guess this is how they make their money. Will never attend this school again.

Monali P (General Manager) was very curt and unprofessional when I simply asked a question regarding the change of instructor/student ratio. She was rudely dismissive and seemingly annoyed with me inquiring about the lag time between the children’s instruction. Monali’s body language was down right disgusting. When I brought it to her attention, she simply made the excuse “that’s how I talk”. Not acceptable when dealing with paying customers.
