I haven't attended my appointment yet, but I'd like to say that this office is not so bad! During my initial call, it felt a bit insensitive because they assumed that I knew all about the clinic. THEN I called back and the doctor cleared everything up and explained things in an informative and warm way. I now feel confident in my decision, but will come back with more once the procedure is finished. I'm hoping to keep 5 stars! Edit: Dr. Baker was fantastic and makes 3 out of these 4 stars alone. The rest of the staff were okay. I didn't find them to be rude, just not at all welcoming. In a place for women by women, you expect warmth and kindness. They have very little of it. (No other clinic in the triangle has 5 stars so I guess it comes with the industry) I was however pleased with the flexibility and recovery. Payment was a bit unclear, but not a huge deal.

Best experience ever! I promise you this place will not leave or have you disappointed only problem was a lady at the front desk seem to had a lil attitude because I made a few mistakes on my paper but other than that, quick process & you feel nothing. It may be a hard and scary decision but I promise you going here will be the best choice you will make. The doctor is very professional and nice. The nurses are sweet and caring!!!!

Very pleased with the services I received. The doctor and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. This wasn't my first abortion but no one in the clinic judged me and I can't thank them enough for that!

i had an appointment with Durham women's Health . when i arrived there were protesters outside that are willing to make you change your mind if u are weak minded or unsure about your decision do not go to durham womens health .

I don’t review things often, but since going here was such a tough decision for me and the negative reviews ALMOST made me choose another clinic, I’m going to post a review about my experience. I NEVER imagined myself being in a position to need these services, but alas, I was. From the second I walked into this clinic I was treated kindly and with respect. I was so scared prior to walking through those doors, but each person I interacted with-from the office manager, sonography tech, nurse and Dr. Baker, was patient, informative and kind. I don’t wish any woman find herself in a position to need these services, but if you do, I’d definitely recommend this clinic. They made a really terrifying situation as seamless and comforting as possible.
