None of the employees was wearing their mask correctly. I saw some girls pulling down their masks to talk to the customers, absolutely crazy. And they refused to exchange some products I bought for new ones because \we only exchange items that have the exact same price\, which is not stated anywhere in the receipt.

This is the worst shop ever, very arrogant salesperson. I feel that every time I go there is a torture. I hope they know that if you are very unfriendly, then even if you do nice makeup, still looks not beautiful at all.
