My husband and I recently bought our first property through Wisdom Estate Agents. We could not have asked for a better agency to go through this process with. Our first contact was with Matt, who is so friendly and talked us through everything. All our questions where answered. When we made an offer for our property we started liaising with Robert Wisdom who is fantastic. He wrote us weekly to see how far the process has gone with the lawyers and answered all our questions. I really liked the weekly check-in as this kept us on our toes but also reassured us as first time buyers. I could go on and on about wha a great experience we have had with Wisdom estate, but all I want to say is that once you are on their website, look no further as you are in the best of hands. We initially invited three different estate agents to value our property. We chose Wisdom Estates due to their excellent reputation in the local area, fair pricing and the fact that they weren't too pushy. Throughout the whole process we have been kept informed and up to date on progress. They always answered the phone or rang back promptly (compared to other estate agents we dealt with which rarely did which can be highly frustrating). We had numerous offers after the viewings. I would recommend Wisdom Estates and would use them again for buying or selling a property.

Robert's professionalism is just what you need when selling a house. He gives you the time and attention you need and makes you feel your property is the most important job, even though they have other jobs to complete.
