Worst I have ever exprienced. They didn't want to send money. So it not about sending money in a instantly!!! They intervene into my private life and they wanted to decide who I may send money for. It is really pathetic, impolite and arrogant I don't recommend it, and I never go there again!! I really understand your concern! but the point is you don't really understand your limitation and the customer's right for privacy, the fact that the client shared important details like name, personal numbers and some information that is already encoded with my western union card is more than enough, but interrogating and accusing a client as a scammer is hitting below the belt! we are paying for your service not vise versa, we are also fully aware and well educated of your rules thats why we were loyal to use your service for 2 years! if you you have such kind of implementation you should have emailed us or post it in advance so that your client might not be misleaded. We just visit your branch because we expected a good customer service but unfortunately it was not!
