En: A very beautiful historical landmark which conserved its original interior. It is also open for tourists. Its original name is "House Plesia" and it was built in 1890 by the french architect Albert Galleron. The interior is dominated by neoclassical and neobaroque accents, the stairs are carved in baroque style and the rooms have venetian mirrors. It is probably one of the most beautiful buildings from the center of this city.
