Had an incredible experience exploring the Palawan Islands! The crew treated our group like family and were beyond accommodating! The islands we visited were secluded and beautiful! But somehow the best part was the delicious food - every meal better than the next!!

I unfortunately had high expectations for Tao. It’s an overrated boat and two days in camp is an overhyped party hostel. I wish they live up to what they try to achieve. There is zero involvement from our end with the community. Activity are lacking. For two days in camp I could just walk around and count the zillion sand fly bites. I didn’t sign up for this to sit on and do nothing. I wanted to be involved. Let me help. Let me learn something. I have seen projects like this done properly. To me Tao seems only profit oriented.
Very nice trip. Crew is super friendly and dedicated. Special mention to King, our cook: all the food was amazing and the best I have tasted in the Philippines. Money is worth it if you calculate the price of hotel night, meals and island hopping.
The most amazing experience and absolute MUST DO when you travel to Coron/El Nido. Our group was super cool and easy-going, our crew was helpful and they did their best to make the trip unforgettable! Such an unique experience with all the basecamps, little bamboo houses, boat, delicious food, fresh fish everyday, fun activities and all that enormous community support that Tao does! WOW!
If I could give less than a star...premium prices but clerk assisting us not able to speak English. We were told a price, made our plan around this trip, and then called to the office to discover we had to pay fees not mentioned, plus a transportation not mentioned, which was expressly said was included in the tour. When expressing our discomfort, no one of the staff made a minimum effort, sending the guy with broken English to speak to us. The only thing he could do was to shrug his shoulders...awful
