Staff need more training on how to treat your customers. Everytime I come here to collect a cheque is a utter waste of time. Very bad process to issue cheques, business cheque requests are not taken in order. Also only one person to handle about 10-20 cheque requests at any given time. So coming here and getting a cheque without wasting a lot of time will be luxury. Please have a better structure to issue cheques and make sure to give a proper training to your staff.
Horrible experience from coming here. The staff take ages to process simple requests. The staff is not friendly and very unprofessional. The way they handle customers need to improve heavily. Being a global brand, the reputation they hold has been stellar and people who visit them expect the same. Very disappointed with the service. The closed environment and glorified security process is all that I can appreciate about the place.

Visiting Sri Lanka and my Citi Bank ATM Card will not work. Requested advice from Citi Bank in Colombo and the response was very poor. Zero help...... Zero advice ...... not a lot of concern.....! Very poor reflection on this beautiful country.
CS reps need more training on customer service. They don't know how to handle a basic phone conversation. The person who talked to me was in such a hurry to end the conversation, didn't even wait for me to ask questions.
