Good location with parking facility. Honest staff, tell you the truth despite being purchased from the Abans showroom. I bought a brand new apple phone from Abans showroom. When I was charging the phone, it was heating unusually. Then I took it to return, the main office said it has to be handed over to the service center. When I went and hand over the phone, the service center told me the phone has been opened previously and it was not brand new. After so much of effort the Abans showroom returned my money after 10 days. I also noticed the display packs provided by apple mentioning not for sale are also sold in Abans main showroom at a lower price. They showed me those too. But I wanted to buy a brand new one. I didn’t expect such a big showroom will practice these kind of unethical practices. I was happy the service center staff were honest.

Regarding My new iPhone XR (256) This is the WORST experience, buying a mobile phone. I'm a Huawei user for many years, this is my first purchase of apple product. After billing the product at Abans-Rajagiriya MC DONALDS, they open the sealed box, and gave me the phone, at that time I saw a spot or fungus on the camera, they saw it, and thy send me to the Abans service center with the UNTOUCHED unit, this is the worst experience ever I had with a brand new product with on same day that purchase. And Abans says " They never give a guarantee after cleaning or repair the phone, just use the phone until a repair comes". So I want the clam, I don't want this. ABANS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY iPhone IN SRI LANKA...

Please be aware about the after sales customer services. You will feel like it would be much pleasing that you would have given away the money for a charity than buying from them. Suggest u buy from somewhere else. Proud customer who purchased a Apple MacBook pro and an iPhone Xsmax sharing the experiences.

I had given a LG micro wave oven for repairs and was promised of a quotation after 2 days. As no message was forthcoming and after 3 days I decided to call the service centre and the person who answered apologised and said the item will be ready in 3-4 days at the same time I had given the go-ahead to with the repair. Called after 3 days and was promised a call back which never came through. Called again after another two days and still the item is not ready and Anand was unable to tell me when it will be ready. Appalling level of service. If there is a delay for whatever reason the customer should be in the knowledge. Besides I had made a complaint on line for which I'm yet to receive a response. I wonder whether the phone recordings stating to improve the quality and services has any effect, or is it a way of impressing the principal's (LG).

useless service. they do not know how to repair devices. it was worked well with little issue. when I hand over my mac to repair, when I receive it is totally a dead machine. do not take your step to Abans for apple service. they make invoices for their own faults as well. time and money wasting company in Sri Lanka.

Was very skeptical about the place when I first saw the bad reviews but writing this for those who can benefit. Since they are also the authorised service agents for Philips, I got a faulty trimmer checked by them under international warranty. (I had purchased the product from UAE) They fixed the issue for me, although it took about 3 weeks. They were the only agent who accepted the product under international warranty. Even the famous Dinapala group (another agent for Philips) said they cant accept it. Hence they deserve the 5 stars. Customer service can improve though :)
