Paid for a level 2 inspection. Guys came out and took video of inspection and said they'd have an estimate and results from their inspection within 72 hours. That was several weeks ago, never heard from them again. Won't answer the phone or return calls. Thanks for nothing! Enjoy our 135.
I had an insert removed & the gas capped off & chimney cleaned...they discovered the crown needed repair & cracks in bricks needed to be sealed. Stephan Earl did the brick repairs that day & made an appt to come back next day at 10 am & after an hour I called them & he said his vehicle wasn't working but he was coming with a friend. They finally showed up at 12:40 p.m. & did the repairs to the crown which he had told me would take anout 1/2 hour & it ended up taking 2 1/2 hrs. I recommended them to the owners of this house to do chimney cleaning at their house & they made an appt with them for yesterday (11-12-18) but never showed or returned their phone call after 1 1/2 hours. I called them today (11-13-14) & Stephan Earl tried disguising his voice after I called his name & said his name was Chris; I told him how unprofessional they were in not showing or calling my friends back; he then said they had changed office girl who did scheduling yesterday & they did not show my friends had an appt. I asked him to please calling the lady & apologize for their unprofessionalism. Waiting to hear if he called them.
They worked very hard to fix the chimney and fireplace to get it working right then made sure it was known how to work it correctly. I would tell others to use this company.
My terrible experience was the same as the prior reviewer in that the work was never completed although money was paid - and then after some time they disappeared and never returned calls or emails. I paid to have him come out, do an inspection, and estimate putting on a chimney cap on our chimney and furnace flue. The inspection was done, and the chimney cap was sized and estimated. I put a significant down payment on the custom chimney cap for fabrication. My check was cashed the next day. The contact was in touch in regards to setting up an appointment to install the cap. Several appointments were made and missed, then all communication stopped and I never heard back. My next submission will be with the BBB. Beware this company.
Took a long time to complete.
I'm a real estate agent and my clients scheduled an inspection with this company and they never showed. We had sellers, buyers and agents waiting.
