John and his wife provided outstanding service for me and my vehicle when the previous repair shop completely misaligned my window and trim causing damages months later with no way to receive reimbursement. I had my car keyed across multiple doors, left and right fenders and the hood. I took it in for an estimate and after a month or two I had the car repaired. I didn't have rental insurance, and the estimate was 2 weeks so I was sitting at about a 350 car rental plus deductible payment for the paint job. This shop got the job done in three days. Already I was impressed by how quickly it was done, but I needed to check the car out before returning my rental. Sure enough, the car looks spotless - BETTER than when I bought it 4 years ago. I saved over 300 from the car rental. John was very nice and very helpful through the entire process. Trust me. They know their stuff. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who need paint work done on their car - they will make it look beautiful. The pictures below show a comparison of before I had the paint job done (taken May 2018) and after (taken August 2018). As you can see, the job was done perfectly.
My daughter's car was involved in a hit and run. I called my insurance company and they recommended EZ Auto Body. I met the owner and his wife. They were very friendly and the information they shared was clear and specific. They told me when the car would be ready. They were on time with the delivery.of the car. The car looks and runs great. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and needs. They are a small operation that has been in Chandler for a long time. I am very satisfied with their service and quality of work. I recommend them to address your auto needs.

John and EZ Auto Body was recommended to me by a parts employee at a dealership. I am grateful to that individual. I phoned John and right away I knew this is where I will bring my Toyota to get my roof re-painted. At first, I was apprehensive about even getting my roof re- painted. I was concerned that the new paint on my roof would not match the existing old paint on the rest of the vehicle. John assured me that he would come very close to matching. He explained in great detail the stripping, sanding, painting process. His quality of the clear coat is top notch! Immediately, I was comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. John is extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced about everything there is to know about all types of vehicles. He is a genuine, sincere, friendly, caring man. When my bike tire had a flat on my way to pick up my vehicle, his wife Shirley was so kind and offered to pick me up and bring me back to the shop. Talk about OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My vehicle was done a day earlier than expected, the price was great and my vehicle looks AMAZING! I did not get a chance to thank Troy who worked on my 4runner, but he did an EXTRAORDINARY job!
