Not sure why others say their balbacua is on the sweet side or greasy. For me it is a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The soup is not greasy, it's gelatinous as expected for a balbacua dish. It's unique and incomparable to other versions you can find elsewhere. After dining in, I ended up with an extra serving order for take out. That's how good it is.

I dont know what was the rave about this place but their balbacua or any of their food was not to my liking. Too fatty,... you want good balbacua? Head on to Matias or kandingan sa srp

sort of observations: 1. good parking space however if rainy days its really muddy. 2. tried pancit...its very salty. tried balbacua. its better than i tasted before along osmena boulevard after drinking session. just personal preference it is be better kung naay loose meat.. 3.staff (elderly) must practice hygene and proper sanitation in keeping food left overs in the table. i saw like its dirt rags being used. 4. food bit pricey. 5. place is ok though just at the roadside but you enjoy your meal under shade of mango tree in the area. There is a need for improvement to keep your customer coming back.
