This location did all they could to get me out as quick as possible given the circumstances and I strongly recommend them for any trouble you may come across in the future where you end up in jail they will fight for you to be released!
Very understanding and sympathetic to my situation
I’ve never dealt with such a headache of a bond company before. An employee called me and left a voicemail about an inmate that was incarcerated that had asked me to bond him out, and to contact her back. I did the next day and she wanted all sorts of information from me before letting me know this inmates information about if he was even eligible to be bonded out and what the amount was, etc. she didn’t bother to state the standards and procedures just quickly asked me for my social security number and name and address. I quickly denied all of that and just said I am calling back because they contacted me. So many scams out there and it was absolutely shady to me. How can I find out my friends bond without going through a bond company that LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL? I also think they need to inform their bond workers to be a bit more friendly, instead of being negative and sounding miserable on the phone. Tone and professionalism is key, PLUS the correct information, and not trying to get another parties SOCIAL security numbe. I will report if this woman continues to call and leave voicemails. I have 5 voicemails from her claiming to have someone i know incarcerated and before I can bond this person out I need to hand over my social. Absolute NO-NO.
