The Building and facilities are less than a year old. The place is generally clean. Private room is 1200 / day Nurses and staff are all accomodating and courteous. Canteen sells reasonable items and has enough viand to choose from Down side : Parking is a bit small, no vendo machines. The location is a bit far from groceries and drug store. My first aid box has more medicines than their pharmacy. The whole building is not well lighted (they have lightings but most of the time its turned off) Walking inside felt like I just woke up from a morge and one of a cast in a horror movie. Hot water is only available from 4am - 8 am and 5 pm to 8 pm. Doctors PF and hospital bills are Almost the same with Manila. ( I was expecting a lower bill since the medical center is located in the province. I probably will not consider to be admitted here again I dont want to sell the remaining carabaos i have left in my farm. I will just buy vicks vaporub to cure all my ailments.

Nurses are good and all healtcare services provider, but it seems that there is no generator? Power interruption and we are left manually swinging fans like is this really a private hospital?
They said the Doctor will check my mom at 9am but came at 2pm, I don't know but maybe because it's only a year old hospital that they still don't have enough doctors and nurses or maybe its just a disconnection regarding the doctor's time visiting my mom. Anyways, the nurses,staffs and even utilities are friendly and polite most specially their billing staff named Nikka.
Our baby is not feeling well the nurse is acting like theres no problem she is showing no care at all and she even gave us the looks like she has an atittude we where there around midnight so worried they didnt have any doctor available the nurse is so unproffessional!
facilities are clean good job for the housekeeping department some of the nurses are friendly (only some) -we had a hard time getting discharged. -some of the night shift nurses talks too loud which results to an interrupted sleep (very inconsiderate) -bed is too hard. Had a cs operation and I ended up sleeping in their couch coz it's more comfortable. -though I'm on anesthesia I can clearly hear the staff talk how heavy I am. (of course I'm pregnant and that's very insensitive to talk about a pregnant woman's body weight.
I ask to borrow for a pen at a nurse station didnt even let me borrow to sign, just for a sec cause he is using it. The billing dept are full of liars. Always doing chit chat without doing the work that needs to be done! Unproffesional!
Yung medical records ko hanggang ngayon wala pa when we requested for it nung december 26th pa. They even asked me to contact my doctor to sign my records. DO NOT ASK YOUR PATIENTS TO CONTACT THEIR DOCTORS, YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE MAKING EFFORTS TO DO THIS. janiary 9th na ngayon and ang ginawa niyo nakaupo lang sa office niyo.
Charges you on everything even a remote, ask for discharge at 11am gave the bill to us at 5pm, check the records and the cctv for the proof on what im saying! I cant recommend this hospital to anyone!
