The people who work at Nel Battery truly know the meaning of customer service. I suspected there was an issue with the battery in my motor bike so I stopped here to have it checked. They removed the battery, tested it, topped up the electrolytes, charged it and reinstalled including new connections. When I asked how much I was told that there was no charge. It wasn't even a Nel product but you can be sure the next battery I put in my motor bike or truck will be a Nel battery.
