SM offers a great experience of shopping. The Department store is complete with producta from home appliances to clothing. The super market also have school supplies, which is very convenient for students. They also have Quantum and Tom's World as arcade for the people to be entertained.

My wife like shopping at SM but our experience today friday March 19, at SM Calamba Register 12 was a disaster. With special sale, the register at each counter openned only 1 register, no line for Premier Card. The line was extremely long. A lady who was a friend of the saleslady rudely cut the line, my strong-minded wife who commented to the rude lady who said she is a premier member. My wife answered her \ We are a premier member too.\ We will never return to SM Calamba w a lenient policy of unfairness. To Corporate Office,my suggestion w so much employee standing around unproductive to cross-train more staff to fill the register. Not customer friendly.

Size and space are okay. Health standards and protocols are observed. Comfort rooms are far though. Older adn PWDs may have a hard time accessing them. Parking space is big.

It was a nice shopping mall. Not too big but still it's a good place to shop. I hope they will add more stores. Specially clothing lines.
