Looks like a woman is too busy to be friendly, or to offer a good quality of her services. I've met her already twice. In the beginning of communication she lied that she does not speak english, later with other people she used pretty good english language. Some people say she provides good services, but i did not get a chance, she was very rude. My friend got a chance, but a quality was not good, a woman had to redo her work and almost ruined a small item with shaking hands and she looked very nervous. In my case maybe a laundry with whom she works asked her to be so impolite to me in order not to deal with a jacket which was damaged a little during their service. I proposed them to share a cost of reparation, and they agreed only if Rotex will repair it. Rotex-woman did everything to make it difficult for me to get it repaired. Together with laundry they kept my jacket for almost two weeks, while it was very cold outside. I could not afford myself to wait longer and when Rotex-woman could not offer any faster time i had to ask for my jacket back, to get it back was also not easy and extremely unpleasant to deal with this woman. I also complained to laundry organisation about rude Rotex. They said laughing that they already have heard it many times.

Dorien heeft echt gouden handjes. Goed advies en perfect uitgevoerd. En dat tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs. Mijn plissé broekrok heeft ze vakkundig ingekort in de lengte en stof weggehaald om er \meer broek\ van te maken. Erg blij met het resultaat! Ik raad iedereen aan om hun kleding te laten vermaken bij Rotex!
Ritsen in mijn jas gezet, en mijn jas netjes gestikt. Zeer tevreden!
