It was a extremely rainy weekend during our hike to Tarak Ridge but I thoroughly enjoyed it. First major hike ko 'to at hindi ako ma-disappointment. I knew it would be challenging because of the rain pero naging mas maganda yun trail dahil andaming waterfalls na madadaanan. Yun nga lang walang clearing nung nakaratung na kami sa summit. Pero okay lang, super na-enjoy ko naman itong first major hike ko.
I really had a great time on this hike. Difficult but so rewarding with friends. Not advisable for begginners. :)

Excellent trails, shaded and wide enough. Good elevation gain. 6-7 hrs for a dayhike.
Great for training for a major hike! Very easy to go there. Just ride a bus going to “Mariveles, Brgy. Alas-asin”. :)
