I lived here for 1 year(job opportunities took me elsewhere) however I would definitely recommend if you're considering renting here. The staff is professional and responsive. The maintenance quickly responded to any issues I had(which were minimal to begin with) and the noise level was kept to a minimum throughout the day(I worked remotely for a good portion of the year so tolerable noise levels were imperative) One thing to note is you may have to watch where you step outside but thats with most apartments and even when pest control does come every so often, the bugs get a little heavy in the spring/summer time.

THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! I was still trying to reach the people who are working in the office of these apartments. Last 10 days I am calling, I left a ton of messages, sent the emails went there to find anyone who I can talk to... IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!!! They are very unprofessional, who wants to have any dealings with this kind of people??? I DON’T!
This is a wonderful friendly safe place to live. Great caring neighbors. Everyone watches out for everyone and the team here does a great job too. Cody Busby is wonder helpful and always there when you have questions or need help. Brionna new but wonderful all together she has done a great job creating neighborhood functions that are fun and entertaining. Bella was here when I started still with the company but has done an amazing job.
They paint over mold in the bathroom before you move in, appliances are outdated and old. They don’t work with you and rather give you an eviction letter than work through a Finacial bind. In contract it says 30-60 day notice to move out, 30 days out they want me to pay 860.00 in rent for a 1 bedroom 1 bath, wasp infested place. Windows and doors don’t seal so your electric bill will be huge. All in all the worst experience I ever had renting a place.
The Lexington commons is by far my favorites all thank you to Mr. Cody Busby, he’s helped me out tremendously in a timely fashion of course, I needed a apartment 5 days ago right that second and Mr. Busby made sure to stay even past his hours to help me get a roof over my head, always all kind and respect... if your every needing a place and they’re available I would highly recommend and my apartment was so clean, and odor free!
