This team was amazing from the first call I made. This was my first experience and the ladies and doctors were completely comforting over the phone and informative. On the day of my appointment, I couldn't have been more impressed with the team work and smiles in the building. It really felt like you were in a office full of family. The procedure was fast. I was completely comfortable. In the recovery room there was comforting music playing and great snacks. For such a very uncomfortable and unfamiliar situation to be in, the experience was very pleasant.

I was recently seen as a patient at this location. My decision was hard to make and I was very nervous. I was greeted and checked in by a very nice and soft spoken lady at the front desk. I was given paperwork and sat in the waiting room near the reception desk to complete it. As I sat there I overheard a conversation between the other two ladies at the front desk that was inappropriate, loud, and vulgar. Once I was called to the back to be triage, on the way back to my seat one of the ladies was vaping in the doorway. Once I sat down I noticed that they were very rude and condescending to a young lady that asked a question and laughed as she walked away. I kept looking in their direction to see if the behavior would change but it didn't. The lady at the front desk that checked me in had a apologetic look in her eyes. I was appalled at their actions. The medical staff in the back were very professional and took care of me, but I can't understand how the supervisor of this office would allow their behavior or not notice it. As a Medical professional myself I understand the importance of professionalism, customer service, and empathy all of which these two women did not have.

I had a very difficult decision to make and was very nervous about the procedure. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk greeted me and answered my questions. She was very professional and soft spoken. I sat in the waiting area close to the front desk to complete my paperwork and overheard very inappropriate conversations taking place between the other two ladies at the front desk. I was very disturbed by what I heard and the vulgarity being used. When I was called back to be triage, on my way back to my seat one of the ladies was standing in the doorway vaping. As I sat there even more nervous I wondered if I had made a mistake coming to this practice. I continued to notice the sheer disregard for the patients and lack of respect, even to the point of laughing at one young lady as she walked away from the desk. I kept looking up just to see if they would notice that I could hear them but obviously they didn't care and I felt sorry for the lady that checked me in because she seemed to almost have a apologetic look in her eyes when she noticed my reaction to their behavior. The medical staff that took care of me were wonderful and caring, but as a medical professional I was very taken back by the action of those two women and I have to wonder how and why is their supervisor not aware of their actions in this work place where compassion is a key.

Staff was not very friendly nor companionate during a difficult time. Please if any staff is reading this do not take a position like this in healthcare if you absolutely do not care about your patients and only you’re paycheck. Along with incredibly long wait.
