Ask if they had any stencil brushes! Reply I got was ....what are they? After looking for sometime by myself I might add. In such a large store they had none.. What I find surprising is the person restocking the shelves had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. But yet that was the very area they were working in.

Today, 2.30pm, my experience was not what I would expect in the current circumstances in this store. Long queues with no social distancing. People pushing past the queues with trollies and no personal space. In a nutshell too many customers in shop at one time. When I entered the store there were no staff at the door controlling numbers entering. I felt so uncomfortable that I left the store. All these guidelines which are set by government to be adhered to....obviously not today in this store. Very disappointing and concerning.

Got what we needed. Store was clean, tidy and fully stocked. *Edit* Unfortunately, I have reduced the stars as the item we purchased was broken (not necessarily the stores fault) so we called ahead to let them log that we had a faulty item; we intended to go back the next day. We stood at the customer service desk where there was nobody in attendance. I counted at least 4 members of staff walking around - I appreciate they may have been doing something, but none of them acknowledged us or said that the customer service assistant would be back shortly. My husband approached someone and asked if we could have help. The customer service support lady was helping someone outside and when she returned, she was very helpful. She did try to call someone from the relevant department, but nobody came. Our item was quite heavy, so my husband offered to get another one for her. Eventually someone from that department turned up, but he just stood watching while my husband and the helpful customer service support lady checked over the exchanged product before we left the shop. Another member of staff didn't need to stop what they were doing to serve us, just a quick acknowledgement and words to say someone will be with us soon would've just not left us wondering if we were in the right place or not.
