We bought a house through Page & Wells In Larkfield and I can not personally thank them enough. From the moment I met Sam, their estate agent he was friendly, bubbly, honest and most of all professional. Because of the chain, the sale took a while to go through but between Sam and Phil who work at the branch they kept us up to date. Regularly checked in. As far as I’m aware had a great relationship with the man we was buying the house from and they answered any questions we had from start to finish. There was a lady there too who helped on the day of competition and she went absolutely above and beyond for us on what was a bit of a stressful day. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough and feel so grateful for the service they gave us. If we move again I would definitely go through them!

We found Page and Wells , especially Sam Mulhill friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We made several requests to see the house and although we would have preferred longer, Sam always facilitated the visits for us. He was kind and polite at all times.
We can't thank these guys enough for all the work they put in for us for what was a difficult purchase for many reasons, some completely unnecessary! Special thanks must go to Samual, for coping with us when our stress levels were off the scale, he went above and beyond to help keep us on track and smooth things over.
