These guys are lifesavers. It's closing hour for my business; I called 5 different companies, none of which could make it out so I could go home. Oratso Corp Service was the last one I called and got here within a half hour. They spent barely as much time fixing the automatic doors (friendly guy named Rodolfo) good service from a good company.

I love these guys. I called for a quote and got it same day. They took the time to explain what was needed and why. I checked around and their price was reasonable. I was impressed with their portfolio of jobs they had done for others. They showed up on time and were very courteous. I would recommend Oratso corp to others.

WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I REQUESTED A FIRE DOOR INSPECTION A WEEK IN ADVANCE FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING. THE GIRL COORDINATING THE APPOINTMENTS DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT SHE IS DOING. MY APPOINTMENT WAS NOT EVEN CANCELED, THEY SIMPLY FAILED TO SHOW. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO INQUIRE AS TO THE TECHNICIAN'S ARRIVAL TIME. THEY RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY AND OF COURSE - NO TECHNICIAN. I CALLED THE COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES, THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. SUBSEQUENTLY, WHEN AN UPDATE HAD YET TO BE PROVIDED, I CALLED AGAIN, I WAS HUNG UP 4 TIMES AND THEN THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER! WAY TO GO WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. VERY DISSAPOINTING AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS.
