Just bought an Audi A3 from here before Xmas. Very good price and quality. Experience started well, then the car had a bit of issues and I took it to the local Mechanic. As you can expect, I felt slightly cheated that there were any issues at all and was not happy. Talked to Jessica and Bill and after a few emails they came up with a plan. Car was fixed 3 working days after first contact. Am very happy with the service that I received.
