I've lived here for almost 2 months and I can confidently say that I enjoy living in this community. I ask A LOT of questions and our community manager, Ashlee has been incredibly helpful AND personable. She's been my \go-to\ person from tour to application to move-in and BEYOND. Unlike other communities I've lived in, management and staff are accessible. And as a new tenant, it's made my transition so much easier. Customer Service at Mezzo is UNMATCHED. Chris, from maintenance, is awesome. And every individual that works the front desk/concierge is friendly and helpful. It is such a breath of fresh air to see Ashlee in the lobby often as I check mail or pick up packages. It feels so good to be recognized and addressed by name when I see community management. They truly get to know the residents at Mezzo and handle anything you might need. My neighbors are friendly, the community is CLEAN and the new COVID-19 health guidelines (enforced by Ashlee and team) make me feel safe. Highly recommend this special building and team to anyone!

Beyond Progress

It’s been a delight residing at the Mezzo. The staff honor their duties with professionalism and respect. DETAILS!!! Ashley manages the environment with profound healthy and safe measures. I love the Conceirge staff which is consistence as well as courteous. Chris is our maintence supervisor who continues to lead with knowledgeable, safe and prompt service. I would like to thank each property management member for promoting a A community.

I love Mezzo and the helpful courteous staff that make this high rise apartment building the best in Buckhead. The community manager Ashlee is phenomenal! She is super professional, answered all the questions I had, and made the lease/move in process super seamless.

Recently moved in - about 1 month ago - I can't stress enough how helpful Chris and Aaron from maintenance have been! Chris has Absolutely amazing customer service and took care of everything I needed in order to settle in nicely and without issue. From applying to moving in, the process was smooth. The apartments are awesome - really spacious with amazing appliances! The location is great, its really quiet for the area...amenities are ok (sauna is cool!) too. Couldn't be happier overall.

Now we have lived in Mezzo about 1 month and we just enjoy it. Good service, good maintenance and very nice stuff. Special thanks to Chris, the handyman who is so fast to take care of issues.
