Very small office which can only accommodate 2 - 3 persons at a time during pandemic times. The rest have to wait outside a tarpaulin -covered waiting area. Not good during rainy season.

To be fair, PLDT is starting to improve. You just have to deal with long queue sometimes.
After tons of issues on online application, it was easier to talk on person
Due to poor phone sevice (no service since November 16th last year) I cancelled my service. I tried doing it for months by both phone and email. I eventually had to drop copies of all my emails and last 3 bills with the guard for their perusal. Hopefully they have cancelled the account by now. I paid for 3 months of no service, I won't pay for any more. Since I am over 70 years old, it is not advisable to stand in lines or be in a crowded environment.
These guys seemed ok by the standards of a telecommunications center in the Philippines
Info is wrong, they open at 9am, and if you go there at noon time, you have to wait around 100 people. And pampanga pldt internet connection is not stable compare to Metro manila. They will never call u back even though you already contact them to fix the line. When you could get the service to fix your pldt is after call pldt to terminate the service. I am giving at least 2 stars bcz of the pldt customer service representative guy helped very much. Those stars are for him.
Stupid PLDT employee lost our application and requirements a month ago!
