Good people, well organized. Well rounded team
I've moved between NL and USA twice with Crown before and found them great to deal both times, but in my most recent move from NL to New Zealand they been the MOST stressful part of my relocation. Incompetent and incommunicative customer care representatives. Movers who damaged my property before the move had even begun. Months of delays in my stuff even leaving Europe. Along the way I discovered that Crown didn't even do any of the moving themselves, just took my money and farmed the move out to some other European moving company with a nightmarish online reviews. I've always trusted this company to move me around the world, but never again.
Geen enkel moment het gevoel gehad dat zaken niet goed geregeld waren. Alles stipt en goed uitgevoerd en afspraken werden allemaal nagekomen. Enige nadeel zou kunnen zijn dat de communicatie via Engels sprekende contactpersonen verloopt.
