I ordered vegetarian bowl, but I got chicken bowl. I called them twice for refund, the woman said that she will talk to her boss and get back to me, but that never happened. Emailed as well, but no response. Then I ordered vegetarian bowl from their restaurant again, I put a note that I would like to get this for free because they gave me the wrong dish, but they are accusing me of lying and said that I didn't contact them. Worst restaurant ever, they accuse their customers of lying,they think that customers will lie for 8 euro, ridiculous. Following are the photos of the dish I got from them. I suggest not to order from them ever. They don't care for their customers. Update: I got one for free after two short duration phone calls, one 7 Min phone call, two emails and plenty of argument. I will never order from them again, worst customer experience, their way of handing problems with customers is the worst

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!! READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND! I ordered two things a cheese and pineapple quesadilla and nachos with cheese and guacamole! I ordered at around 7 o'clock , after you place your order it says youre food wil arrive in max. 30 min! One hour later i called them andasked where the food was they said the food just went out the door, so then 2 hours later still no food, 3 hours later NOTHING! Eventually my food came at 10 oclock! I went to walk my dog so i couldn't really talk to them about this problem! And the worst part is the person on phone just talks back, like he is a robot! And also this is not my first time, i ordered several times from here, and ones the food gets here its cold! So when you order , order in the morning and ad a note like PLS MAKE MY FOOD WARM! WORST PLACE EVER!
Only ate here once, but the experience was good. Service was good, the food was nicely wrapped, tasty, still hot. I did not have it delivered but picked it up myself since I was in the neighbourhood.

I ordered on July 14 three vegetarian street tacos and a quesadilla. After 10 minutes i got called that they didnt have the veggie chicken in stock. I could order something else or cancel. I opted for canceling because they dont have many vegetarian options. i was promised my money back asap. saturday the 18th i called about my money and the person i spoke to was very kind and didnt underdtand why my money wasnt returned yet i was promised my money back on monday the 20th. lo and behold there was NO money so i called again. again very surprised that there still was no money. i would be called back asap. I got called back that the big boss was not there yet and that i would be called back later again. (still have to be called back) July 24th i was done and went to the store. i was very rudely approached that they didnt know i had canceled because the post it note which the original caller had written it on was thrown away. and that it was now with his accountant. I told the store owner that it had been 1.5 weeks. To which he responded. Yes and it can be several more weeks with a very uninterested tone. TL:DR. ordered food. had to cancel food because they didnt have what i wanted in stock. still dont have money back. EDIT: after almost a month i got my money back. After several calls and rude approaches by store owner i finally got into contact with the head office. After that i got it back pretty fast.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ridiculously bad customer service. Ordered food and came 2 hours late. On calling they have no idea. Cold soggy food quality.
Thieves al liars. Dont order here, they will not deliver and they will deny your money back. Joke of a place
