Great company and good service!
Although the lease application wasn't flawless it is quite obvious that ActivLease does very much focus on a high customer experience. And therefore is highly customer focused. During the car delivery process (on a Saturday) I was impressed with the personal attention, and explanation of technical features of the vehicle.
I reached out to them for leasing of a Tesla model 3. Even though eventually, I did not go further with it, I was impressed by the help I got from them. Joost was very efficient and made me feel that he really wanted to help me and make things work for me. It was a pleasant experience working with him.
Het begon met een simpele mail begin dec. of er nog een Peugeot e-208 op voorraad was want wilde graag nog een 8% auto rijden. In no time belde Patrick met een tal aan vragen. En enkele uren later kwam er al een belletje dat hij een auto in reservering had staan.. Wilde ik eerst nog even een proefrit maken? Geen probleem! Ik regel wel dat we de auto iets langer kan vasthouden... En dat tegen alles met een scherpe leasedeal. Patrick (en zijn collega's) hebben alles tot in de puntjes voor me geregeld. En ondertussen rijd ik blij rond in mijn nieuwe auto met lage bijtelling. Top service, dat willen we toch allemaal!
