It was a great experience from start to finish. Gus, the coordinator of our flight (from Georgia to California) is a top rate professional who made our flight seamlessly successful. It is a rare find to be provided with the level of customer service provided by this company. Additionally, the pilots were terrific and the jet clean and luxurious! Such a great experience! Highly recommend and will definitely use their service for future travel!

I found out on extremely short notice that I needed to charter a private jet for my boss and two other executives. I sent an email detailing what I would need and received a prompt response that day with an estimated quote. I spoke with Jay and Gus on the phone and both of them were extremely professional and helpful. I honestly barely had anything to go off of in terms of times or which private airports, which they completely accommodated and gave me the best ballpark options until the travel arrangements were more clear. Gus called me personally to follow up and explained how he and his brother started the company and the kind of personal experience they want to provide for their customers. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up booking a jet… but I wanted to leave a review because this was the BEST customer service I have ever received, especially without a signed contract. They were so great throughout the process and I hope to be able to book with them in the future.
