My technician James Berry was very professional, friendly and showed great concern for my pest issue. He was also very knowledgeable of many different pest and the rod it’s used for the resolution. Active is a great company and the slogan they use “where relationships matter” really showed through James! Thanks!

Everyone I've done business with at Active has been professional & very courteous. The home inspections are on time & quick. They willingly come to my home if I have any extra pest problems that need quick attention. Keep up the good work Active!!!

I moved from my residence and still had over 8 months of service left on my contract, this company is unwilling to pro-rate my money or transfer my services. They are worse company ever !! I will be contacting the better business bureau to inform them of this company practice. In addition I asked to see their polices in writing and the lady informed that she would see what her supervisor can find something in writing . If its their policy she should have be able to provide the information to me.
We use Active Pest Control to maintain our house pest-free. We use Active for a monthly service and for our termite prevention. James from Active Pest Control has always been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We see him every month and he is always a pleasure when he visits. I’m sure they have a number of great people, but I know if you can request James you’ll be pleased with your service.
