I’ve just renovated our kitchen and needed new appliances for everything. I contacted Mark and he was such an easy person to deal with. Given the delays on appliances currently (as a result of COVID-19) he managed my expectations on lead times and kept me updated the whole time. A3 also kept all of my other appliances in store whilst we awaited the others with the longer lead times. Not only was the customer service and journey great, but they also were some of the most competitive prices I came across in my extensive search. I’d recommend A3 to any of my friends with full confidence. Thank you Mark and the team at A3!

My elderly mother needed a new washing machine but I live over 100 miles away and cannot travel to help her at the moment. I needed to speak to someone to explain the circumstances and found A3 Appliances. My queries were answered quickly and a new machine ordered. On delivery day everything went very smoothly including the removal of an old machine. Both of the guys were very pleasant and completed the connection speedily. Mum is very happy and I would like to thank everyone at A3 Appliances for their help.

We used A3 Appliances for the first time as had a non standard job of 2 single ovens being removed and a new double oven being fitted and we wanted to deal with a company who we could discuss the requirements with prior to the order. A3 were excellent from the sales advice right through to the installation and the job could not have gone better. We were particularly impressed with the delivery and installation team who were very professional and courteous and got the job done with no issues. We will definitely use A3 again and highly recommend on this experience.
