I placed an order for delivery and ended up receiving the wrong order. When I tried calling the restaurant to advise of the issue, they picked up the phone and hang up. This happened at least 5 times. Since they weren’t answering the phone, I decided to drive to the restaurant which was what I was trying to avoid from the start. I took back the food that we received by mistake and the waitress/hostess took it and blamed the “black guy” that Door Dash sent to pick up my order. According to her it was the “black guy’s fault” that our order was wrong. She then asked me to wait until our food was ready. While I was waiting for my food, I reached out to Door Dash to ask for the delivery/service fees to be refunded since I had to make the drive anyway and they advised they couldn’t do that since I placed the order through the restaurant’s website. When the hostess brought the order to me I asked her if she would offer a refund for the delivery fees and she responded with a stern, “No”, and said I’d have to take it up with Door Dash. I advised her I had already contacted them and they said I would have to bring it up to the restaurant’s attention. As soon as I said this she laughed and said, “No”, again. I didn’t even mind making the drive to pick up the right food, but the waitress definitely left a sour taste in my mouth with the way the situation was handled from the start. I will never buy food from this establishment again.

At the moment you enter that place team give you an agreeable feeling. Very warm waiters, it is a happy restaurant to to go out with buddies or with your date. Great cuisine, professional chef, honest pay and professional service. Highly recommended.

Pork Ramen, Spicy Korean Noodles, and nigiri. The Ramen was good, broth and noodles were tasty, the Mirepoix (Carrot, Cabbage, Etc) of the ramen could have added more to the dish, I felt it only took up space but didn’t add to the dish. Spicy Korean Noodles. Noodles and flavor were good, but heavy on the oil ions and light on the beef. Nigiri. Could have been plated better, or dressed up. But the fish was tender and good. The cut and size of the nigiri could’ve been better though. But would have again. It’s a great spot to walk to when you’re downtown Phoenix, very convenient.

Some of the best sushi I have ever had in my life. Get the Hawaiian rolls, and the cucumber salad. Great, friendly service. It's also a great value, and they have great lunch specials. Can't wait to come back.

This place is a hidden gem - unless you work or live downtown you may miss a good thing. Although they don’t have a happy hour - prices are reasonable - quality of the sushi out weighs those concerns. Great place to hang out with a few friends or take out.
