Hasn't been there in years but I was dying for good ole' Mexican food. I placed my order over the phone. They were accommodating with me asking for double beans instead of rice. I'm diabetic and rice is carbohydrates. When I went to b pick it up, everyone was masked, staff and customers. The food was divine and the flavor and taste I was looking for. The only thing was they have me all hot sauce versus mild. My fault there, I forgot to ask.

The best breakfast that I've had in a long time! If you want grandma's home cooking, this is the place to go! This place has been here longer than most of the high rises in downtown Phoenix.

Friends make me eat here and it's not fantastic like they tell me it is. No Way. They have good rice and that is about it. Their beans are really salty, which ruins them. Really salty. It's hard to cook and mess up beans but they know how. The meat in the chicken tacos tastes like water, which is just wrong wrong wrong. Boiled chicken taco meat, yak! Stay away from the desserts, it is not their specialty either.

1st time here .... very very tasty . So much flavor with every bite. The beans taste just like my Abuelas :) all the meat was soft tender perfectly cooked. Chips and salsa were good too. Will go again and definitely recommend to anyone in this area or looking for some flavor.
