Great atmosphere, staff, food, and prices!!
My friend and I didn’t even look at our bill before paying (our error) and realized they gave us the wrong bill after the fact. Our server profusely apologized even though it was definitely our fault and kindly helped us get the right bill. Highly recommend!!
Im putting 5 stars but it deserves 4.
5 because they were extremely nice, and even gave us some tempura olives they were trying to introduce in their menu. 5 they deserve on the broth flavor and ramen but the pork deserved a 2, it was cold, so it wasn’t grilled or cooked at the time of the ramen. The eggs were cold and there was spinach instead of seaweed. Which didnt change the flavor but It was a little unexpected. Overall it was a good time and definitely will give them a second chance. Presentation was impeccable tho.
Probably the absolute best ramen I've ever had, as soon as you walk in the door you're transported into Tokyo. The staff is very friendly and service was fast. Great place to hangout and great atmosphere. This is a MUST HAVE if you're in the area. Cant recommend enough GO NOW!!!!
Flavors err on the sour side, rather than developing nuance in the savory. Bright and upfront overall, these flavors can be a bit abrasive. Good choice to include fond on-top of the broth to bring some richness and that savory note. More of that, please!
Omfg. Stop reading this post and go get some ramen from Waya. This is the best spicy tonkotsu ramen I have ever eaten. Every ingredient seems to be very high quality. The chef obviously cares deeply about his craft and it shows in the quality of the food. Prices are good for the quality you get. The pork Chashu is flavorful dark meat with perfect amount of fat. Sauce is rich, delicate, and silky. Just amazing. Will go back and order some more items when I'm back in town, but will reorder this dish every time.
